Privacy, Shipping, and Returns Policies

Beau Industries is committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. We use the information we gather from our interactions with you to improve your shopping experience. Because we respect your privacy, we have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you shop with beau.industries, we obtain information from you in order to complete your transaction. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to process your purchase transactions, to keep you informed about the status of your orders, to send you marketing and promotional materials by mail or e-mail and to improve our product assortments, customer service and overall shopping experience.

SECURITY

The security of your information is very important to us. We work to protect the security of your information during order transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the order information you transmit. Once you enter the checkout page, your computer will begin communicating with the Squarespace server in secure mode. You also play a role in protecting your information. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to log out at the conclusion of your session.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept any returns as long as the product is in new condition, all tags are attached, and it is within 30 days of purchase date. In order to ensure our products reach you safely, we have packaged them inside of a durable, recycled plastic (LDPE-4) case, inside of a cardboard shipping box. This interior package also protects the products when they are returned to us.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THIS INTACT CASE TO BE ACCEPTED. If you plan to keep your merchandise, simply recycle the bag or use it for another purpose.

We inspect each and every order for quality prior to packing your order. This inspection includes a full functional assessment, with tests of all zippers, buckles and closures performed. This test also includes a full seam inspection and loose thread check. Every product sent to you has passed this detailed quality test. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us at your earliest convenience for an exchange.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once we receive your return we will ship your exchanged item free of charge. If the item is no longer in stock store credit will be issued.

*All items must include original tags and the original online purchase receipt.

Shipping Policy

We fulfill all orders by hand at Beau Industries HQ and ship every Monday through Friday. Orders received will be shipped with USPS between 1 to 3 business days.

We do not ship internationally, and at this time only to the contiguous lower 48 US States. We hope to add more shipping destinations soon, and expect to do so shortly.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Orders are processed Monday through Friday – excluding holidays.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Beau Industries will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise.
